? Achieving quantifiable benefits in cost, schedule, or quality(带来的可量化的收益,在费用,明细表统计,或者质量)
? Using interoperability between software applications(软件之间的互操作性)
? Supporting effective team collaboration(对有效的团队合作的支持)
? “Moving the ball forward” in terms of process change(???
? Producing cultural change(发展BIM文化??)
? Achieving “return on value,” i.e., value achieved for the project divided by value expended in the effort.(价值回报??)
Jonathan Cohen, FAIA, of VTBS Architects; Kristine K. Fallon, FAIA, of Kristine Fallon Associates Inc.; Anthony Rinella, Assoc. AIA, of Anshen & Allen; Jill Rothenberg, Assoc. AIA, of ADD Inc.; and Paul Seletsky, Assoc. AIA, of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill.
