? Achieving quantifiable benefits in cost, schedule, or quality（带来的可量化的收益，在费用，明细表统计，或者质量）
? Using interoperability between software applications（软件之间的互操作性）
? Supporting effective team collaboration（对有效的团队合作的支持）

? Producing cultural change（发展BIM文化？？）
