5、总结 目前BIM技术在建筑运维阶段的运用尚处于摸索阶段,本系统的开发研究也是一种有益的尝试与探索。同时我们也应清醒的认识到BIM技术在建筑运维阶段的应用价值还有待进一步的发掘,特别是与各种先进技术,如物联网技术、云技术、建筑智能化技术等的整合还有很长的路要走,但其相对于传统的建筑运维系统,基于BIM的建筑运维管理系统其优势正在逐渐显现,希望通过我们的研究能够为BIM技术在建筑运维管理方面的应用找到一条全新的解决出路。 参考文献: [1]BuildingSMART(2008), International Alliance for Interoperability, available at: www.buildingsmartalliance.org(accessed April 2008).
